Here's what you'll need:
For the bowl -
1/2 cup frozen blackberries
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup frozen halved strawberries
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 banana, sliced
For assembly -
1 banana sliced thin
1/4 cup flaked coconut
1 1/2 cup sliced mixed berries such as strawberries, raspberries, blackberries
1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
2 tablespoons chia seeds
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree, scraping down sides as needed, until smooth, about 1 minute.
2. Divide between two bowls and top with sliced banana, coconut, berries of choice, mint, and chia seeds.
3. Serve immediately and enjoy!
