From Cultivation To Our Customers
1. Culturing Chlorella
Sun Chlorella is cultivated in Taiwan. While there are many species of chlorella, we use chlorella pyrenoidosa—widely believed to be the richest source of Chlorella Growth Factor (CGF).
2. Culturing Pool
Cultivated outside under strict sanitary conditions, with full exposure to sunlight, to promote maximum chlorophyll and CGF content. Our chlorella is grown in pure mountain spring water from 3,000 meters above sea level.
3. Drying
Our chlorella is then spray-dried with hot air to avoid damage to the quality and nutrients. Our product is tested before and after spray drying to ensure quality, and purity remains the same.
4. Cell Wall Pulverization
The chlorella cell wall is then pulverized by DYNO®-Mill- a unique process that ensures maximum digestibility. This makes Sun Chlorella one of the most digestible chlorella on the market.
5. Tableting & Packaging
The chlorella is then shipped to Japan for tableting and packaging. Our Japanese manufacturing plant meets all Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), certified by NSF.
6. Finished Product
Finished products are then transported from Japan to USA, so that millions of health conscious individuals can take it every day!
