3 Healthy Kid-Friendly Snacks

                               1. Dark Chocolate Cherry Energy Bites

                              Prep time: 10 minutes (plus chilling time)

                              Cook time: 0 minutes  
                              Ready in: 40 minutes  
                              Serves: 12 

                              Ingredients
                              1/4 cup pistachios 
                              1/4 cup almonds 
                              1/4 cup pecans 
                              1 cup rolled oats 
                              3 tablespoons water 
                              1/4 teaspoon kosher salt 
                              1 tablespoon cocoa powder 
                              1/2 packet (3 grams) Sun Chlorella Powder 
                              1/3 cup smooth almond butter 
                              2 tablespoons maple syrup 
                              1/2 cup mini chocolate chips 
                              1/2 cup dried cherries, finely chopped 

                              Directions
                              In a food processor, pulse pistachios, almonds, pecans, and rolled oats until finely chopped. 
                              Add water, salt, cocoa powder, Sun Chlorella Powder, almond butter, and maple syrup. 
                              Process until mixture holds together when pressed.
                              Transfer to a bowl and fold in chocolate chips and dried cherries. 
                              Roll into balls and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. 

                              2. Crispy Sun Chlorella Chickpeas 
                              Prep time: 10 minutes 
                              Cook time: 35 minutes 
                              Ready in: 45 minutes 
                              Serves: 10

                              Ingredients
                              1/2 packet (3 grams) Sun Chlorella Powder 
                              1 teaspoon kosher salt 
                              1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika 
                              1/2 teaspoon ground cumin 
                              2 (15-ounce) cans chickpeas, drained and rinsed 
                              2 tablespoons olive oil 

                              Directions 
                              Preheat oven to 350°F. 
                              In a small bowl, combine Sun Chlorella Powder, salt, paprika, and cumin. Set aside. 
                              Pat chickpeas dry with paper towels. Toss in olive oil and spread on a parchment-lined baking sheet. 
                              Bake for 25 minutes. 
                              Remove from oven, sprinkle with seasoning mix and toss to coat. 
                              Return to oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until crispy. 

                              3. Chlorella Popcorn 
                              Prep time: 5 minutes
                              Cook time: 0 minutes 
                              Ready in: 5 minutes 
                              Serves: 10 

                              Ingredients 
                              1/2 packet (3 grams) Sun Chlorella Powder 
                              3 tablespoons nutritional yeast 
                              1/2 teaspoon kosher salt 
                              1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 
                              2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted 
                              10 cups air-popped popcorn

                              Directions
                              Whisk together Sun Chlorella Powder, nutritional yeast, salt, and garlic powder. 
                              Add popcorn to a large bowl. 
                              Drizzle coconut oil evenly over popcorn, sprinkle with seasoning mix and toss until thoroughly coated.
                              Season, to taste, with more salt, and serve.
