Healthy Green Smoothie Recipe for Youth and Vitality (+ Health Benefits)
Equipment Required: Vitamix, Blender or Magic BulletIngredients:
½ head romaine
1 cup chilled sencha green tea or 1 tsp matcha powder (no sugar added)
1 cup spinach
½ cup blueberries
1 frozen banana
Sun Chlorella Granules
few ice cubes (optional)
1. Wash and chop spinach, romaine and avocado.
2. If using chilled green tea, steep green tea in boiling or cold water. If you steep the tea in boiling water, allow it to cool down completely by placing it in the refrigerator. It’s not recommended to blend it while still warm.
3. Add all ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth.
4. Drink immediately and slowly. Enjoy!
