Keep your hunger and overall health on par with this simple and healthy-frozen coconut yogurt bark with chlorella! Why chlorella is good for you:  One 3 gram serving of Sun Chlorella naturally contains an equivalent amount of chlorophyll as about 2 - 2.5 cups of spinach or kale. Yield: one 8”x8” Baking Pan

Ingredients:

For the bottom chlorella layer

For the top layer

  • 1 cup coconut yogurt

  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Sliced strawberries, granola, chocolate chips and coconut shreds to top

Directions:

  1. Line the bottom of a 8x8” pan with parchment paper. Make the bottom chlorella layer by mixing coconut yogurt, Sun Chlorella Powder , maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a small bowl. Spread evenly at the bottom of the pan.

  2. Freeze for 30 minutes.

  3. Make the top layer by mixing the coconut yogurt, maple syrup and vanilla extract. Spread evenly on top of the chlorella layer.

  4. Top with strawberries, granola, chocolate chips and coconut shreds (or other desired toppings) and freeze for at least 4 hours or until it forms into a frozen bank.

  5. Break apart and enjoy!
