Spicy Miso Chlorella Udon Noodles

Ingredients:

1 box of Sun Chlorella Udon Noodles

Desired toppings

2 tbsp white miso paste

2 tbsp hot water

3 tbsp sesame oil

2 tsp chili oil

1 tbsp rice vinegar
Directions:

Prepare a bowl of water with ice and set aside.

Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add Chlorella Udon Noodles, adjust the heat to medium-low, and cook for 4-5 minutes.

Drain noodles and immediately rinse with cold water and place in the bowl of ice water to stop the cooking process.

Make the sauce: Mix the miso paste with hot water until dissolved. Add the sesame oil, chili oil, and rice vinegar and mix until incorporated.

Mix the sauce with the noodles, add desired toppings (we used tofu, sesame seeds, green onions, avocado), and enjoy!
