Sun Chlorella Return Policy

Sun Chlorella USA will only consider returns of unexpired and sealed product received within 45 days of purchase.  Sun Chlorella USA does not accept any return without a RMA#, nor is Sun Chlorella USA liable to accept any refused shipments.  When accompanied by a RMA# and packing slip, the customer will receive the refund in the original form of payment. Otherwise, the form of refund will be determined by Sun Chlorella USA. 

Please contact our Customer Relations Department for a RMA# at 800-829-2828 Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (PST).  Kindly note, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.  A 10% processing fee will be applied to all eligible returns.  Initial postage and handling fee is non-refundable.
