Sun Chlorella comes in three convenient options. The chart below provides directions on how to start taking Sun Chlorella®, depending on the size/form of the chlorella you purchased.
As mentioned above, chlorella contains more chlorophyll than most other plant food. If you are not used to having plenty of greens in your daily diet, we recommend that you follow the directions below when starting with chlorella. Start slowly and work your way up to meet your nutritional needs.
Sun Chlorella 200mg Tablet
- Our classic easy-to-swallow mini tablets. The daily serving size fits in one spoon! Available in two sizes, 300 tablets (20-day supply) or 1500 tablets family size (100-day supply).
- First week: 5 tables/day
- Second week: 10 tablets/day
- Third week: 15 tablets/day
- Suggested Serving: 15 tablets (3 grams) per day with a meal. You may take all at once or in smaller amounts as desired.
Sun Chlorella 500mg Tablet
- Larger-size tablets give the same serving of chlorella in fewer tablets but with the same natural goodness as our 200mg tablets. Available in two sizes, 120 tablets (20-day supply) or 600 tablets family size (100-day supply).
- First week: 2 tables/day
- Second week: 4 tablets/day
- Third week: 6 tablets/day
