Customer Relations Representative

Sun Chlorella USA is seeking a dynamic Customer Relations Representative to join our team in Torrance, CA 90505.

  

As part of the Customer Relations Team, you will:

·         Manage inbound calls from existing Sun Chlorella customers.

·         Answer product, pricing, inventory and shipment inquiries from customers while adhering to company standards, scripts, and taglines.

·         Up-sell/cross-sell on all calls to promote sale of new or additional services and products.

·         Encourage good health to customers through various interactions.

·         Deliver client-focused solutions to meet customer needs.

·         Communicate with the team to ensure customer satisfaction.

About You:

·         Previous sales or call center experience.

·         Tons of energy, passion, humor, compassion, and enthusiasm.

·         Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.

·         Powerful work ethic and self-starter.

·         Strong verbal and written communication skills.

·         Ability to exercise your own good judgement and discretion.

 

Salary and Benefits:

·         Competitive base hourly rate plus monthly incentives ($43,600 - $54,300/year)
