1. Commit to Your Goal Goal
In order to develop consistent habits, you must decide to commit 100% to your goals. This means you must have the burning desire to achieve your goal, and for reasons that truly matter to you.
When you’ve committed yourself to achieving a certain result, you’ll be more motivated to take the necessary steps to bring you closer to your goal.
2. Find Your “Why”Sometimes all it takes to become more consistent is to have a crystal clear understanding of why you want to achieve a certain result.
Sure, you may want to take Sun Chlorella® tablets because you know they promote cellular health— but what does that really mean to you? Will improved cellular health increase your energy levels, so you can spend more time with your children? Or will healthier cells promote natural weight management so you can feel more confident in your own skin?
