Thank you for your interest in Sun Chlorella products. The following company requirements will assist you to establish a commercial account with Sun Chlorella USA Corp. To qualify as a commercial account, YOU ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE A STORE OR A CLINIC OPEN TO THE PUBLIC DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS, AND ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION. These requirements are for your protection and allow Sun Chlorella USA Corp., to provide wholesale prices to only those who qualify.
  1. A copy of your current business license.

  2. A valid resale number for the purpose of selling health food or vitamins to the general public, or your physicians license number.

  3. Three (3) copies of health food vendor and/or health food wholesale supplier invoices must be provided.

  4. Companies who qualify for wholesale account status are: Health Food Stores, Pet Stores, Doctor’s, Veterinarians, Dog Breeders and Dog Trainers. Breeders/Trainers must provide letterhead, or business card.

  5. Doctors who qualify for wholesale account status are: Medical Doctor’s, Doctors of Osteopathy, Chiropractors, Doctors of Naturopathy, Doctors of Oriental Medicine, Dentists, Podiatrists, and Certified Acupuncturists. Please Note: Doctor’s must provide a copy of their certificate and associated number.

  6. California Residents: To qualify for tax exempt status, we must have a signed copy of your current resale/sales permit card, or your physicians number will substitute the sales tax number. Sales to chiropractors or other non-physicians are taxable unless exempted otherwise (i.e. resale, out-of-state, etc.)
Please be sure to include on your resale certificate that you, as a health food retailer are in the business of selling health food to the general public, or that as a physician your practice includes dispensing chlorella to your patients.

Upon receipt and acceptance of you commercial account, Sun Chlorella USA Corp., will promptly mail a wholesale package to you including product literature, pricing information, and order forms.

There is a minimum order requirement of $300.00, for your first order.
